This is a role where you’re trusted to do your job properly. You’ll have the autonomy to partner with the business in a meaningful way, build genuine relationships, and see the impact of your work day-to-day.
Our client is a law firm with 500 people all under one roof, this firm is large enough to feel established and professional, but still small enough that you’re known, valued, and listened to. Collaboration comes naturally, partners know your name, and it’s easy to build strong, credible relationships.
You’ll join a supportive HR team and work closely with the Head of HR. Alongside specialists in Recruitment, Learning & Development and D&I, you’ll operate as a true business partner, working with two other BPs and getting involved across the business.
This is a true generalist role, giving you variety, visibility, and the chance to use your judgement rather than follow rigid processes.
HR is evolving at this firm, so you’ll have space to contribute ideas, shape how things are done, and partner with leaders who value HR input. The team is positive, respectful, and genuinely valued. The HR leaders are down-to-earth and look after their team - I know them personally very
well.
The firm’s preference is to find someone already operating within a law firm, but if you work in the wider professional services market, you will absolutely be considered.
