Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant | Whats on Offer:
Competitive Outer London Salary (TA scale, dependent on experience)
Permanent, full-time role starting in June
36 hours per week, term-time only

Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant | The Role:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
Help create a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant | Who Were Looking For:
A University Degree (2:1 or above preferred)
A strong interest in SEMH, education, or child development
Experience supporting children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Calm, resilient and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Ambition to develop within a specialist provision or pursue further training
