The Role We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Retail Programme Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of key retail initiatives across our national branch network. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end management of retail programmes, from concept and planning through to rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement. * Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy. * Develop and manage project plans, workflows, communications, and training materials to support successful implementation across branches. * Analyse data and feedback to assess programme impact, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements. * Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, customer experience enhancements, and commercial initiatives. * Act as the primary point of contact for branch teams, providing guidance, clarity, and support throughout programme delivery. About You About you * Proven experience in retail project or programme management—preferably within automotive, trade, or fast-paced multi-site retail. * Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. * Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills. * Confident using project tools and systems to track progress and report clearly. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
