Reach for Remarkable Location: HMS Caledonia, Hilton Road, Rosyth, Fife, KY11 2XH Pay: £12.76 per hour | Hours: 37.5 per week | Permanent, Full-Time Reach for Remarkable with Aramark UK We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at HMS Caledonia – a key Naval base supporting over 300 personnel, including Officers, Senior Rates, Junior Rates, and the Band of the Royal Marines. This is your chance to combine culinary expertise with a role that truly makes a difference. You’ll prepare nutritious meals for Navy personnel, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner across the Junior Rates Mess and Officers Mess, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service. Prepare and cook meals for military dining facilities and hospitality events. Follow company recipes and standards to ensure quality and minimise waste. Complete daily checklists and assist with post-service analysis. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times. What We’re Looking For Relevant culinary qualification and experience in high-volume catering. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. A great team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
