Join the world of PepsiCo Supply Chain, our factory in Leicester is our largest manufacturing site in the UK, producing the bulk of our PC products along with snacks lines. Position Summary
Reports to: Reliability Manager
Working Hours: Total 42 hours across 3.5 days per week - 3 x 12 hour day shift (06:30 - 18:30) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Thursday and Friday each week 06:30 - 12:30.

Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
* Work with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure all planned maintenance is completed
* Provide additional reactive support to Shift Technicians/Operations teams, when required.
* Create link with Controls System Specialist, Electrical Duty Holder, Reliability & Condition Monitoring Specialist to support completion of preventative work orders and in depth analysis countermeasures
* Support Specialist teams delivering action completion and continuous improvement support.
* Provide support to ensure maintenance plans, task instructions and stores holdings are correct
* Lead and support improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions (to include health & safety and food safety actions).
* Drive and own root cause analysis completion.
* Creation of Visual Management for Planned Maintenance tasks
* Ambassador for engineering standards and best practice across site
* Effective capture and data quality of all planned/reactive maintenance activities in CMMS
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Time served engineer, HNC/HND (or equivalent) qualified in relevant mechanical discipline
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
* Computer literate & software familiarity (word, excel)
* CMMS - Working knowledge of SAP
* Demonstrate problem solving capabilities
* Provision of specialist skills to include Working At Height, Confined Space, Gas Safety, essential training to be given
* Fabrication skills desirable
* Good influencing, communication and decision-making skills
* Motivated self-starter with good prioritisation & planning skills
* Effective team member
* Display coaching & mentoring skills for Shift peers, Apprentices, Manufacturing Technicians and Front-Line Employees
