The Role
As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll play a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and delivering field marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty among healthcare providers. Working closely with regional sales managers and the event marketing team, you’ll help localise global campaigns, build provider relationships, and ensure Vibrant’s message resonates across diverse European markets.
This is a growth-oriented role—ideal for someone who’s ready to combine creativity, organisation, and execution skills to make a visible impact in the fast-growing longevity and diagnostics space.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Execution
* Support planning and execution of field marketing campaigns and partnerships across the UK and EU.
* Adapt global campaigns (e.g., hormone health, gut testing, cardiometabolic health) for European audiences with regional clinical and regulatory alignment.
* Assist in launches of new tests and bundles, coordinating educational events and local activations.
Regional Events & Community Engagement
* Help organise regional events including workshops, provider dinners, webinars, and sponsored conferences.
* Identify opportunities for enhanced event presence (e.g., speaking slots, panel placements, book signings).
* Build connections with key opinion leaders, partner clinics, and practitioners in functional and integrative health.
Sales Enablement & Lead Nurturing
* Partner with sales teams to deliver localised collateral and practice development resources.
* Manage event lead capture and follow-up through HubSpot workflows.
* Track campaign performance, providing insight into lead quality and conversion.
Market Insights & Reporting
* Monitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and provider sentiment across European markets.
* Share feedback and insights to refine Vibrant’s regional go-to-market strategies.
Who You Are
* 1–2 years’ experience in B2B or healthcare marketing (diagnostics, MedTech, or wellness preferred).
* Based in the UK or EU with awareness of European healthcare and functional/integrative medicine markets.
* Confident supporting events end-to-end, from logistics to on-site execution.
* Familiar with HubSpot, Eventbrite, ClickUp, and online event tools (Zoom or similar).
* Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
* Motivated by precision health, proactive medicine, and the future of longevity diagnostics.
* Willing to travel across Europe for events and provider activations.
Bonus Points
* Familiarity with European diagnostic regulations and provider communication requirements.
* Knowledge of the diagnostics, supplement, or wellness technology ecosystem.
