Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to be based in Reading, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your structural engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
In this role, you'll join our large and supportive structures team based in the Reading office. The team works closely with a number of key clients to deliver building projects from initial concept through to completion. You’ll gain experience across various project scales and sectors, including education, regeneration, refurbishment, healthcare, logistics, technology and commercial.
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll support senior staff with a range of tasks, including concept and preliminary designs, calculations, reviewing drawings, producing sketches, detailed designs, site visits and inspections, and report writing. You will also learn to use a wide range of software, including Tekla, STAAD.Pro and more.

About You
