Role and Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and set targets to enable students to reach their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people.
4. Ensure continuity and progression in teaching.
5. Assign homework regularly to consolidate learning and foster student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement and intervene as necessary.
7. Model professional conduct and presentation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary or higher education levels.
* Strong subject knowledge.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
