Your Key Responsibilities

1. Be the point person for new employee orientation and onboarding and supporting employees as they get Schaefflerized!
2. Ensure data accuracy of all personnel files within SAP/SuccessFactors
3. Take the lead in redeveloping and maintaining employee communications platforms (in-person & digital)
4. Be the key contact for the Regional employee file digitization project
5. Take initiative on community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and employee events
6. Gain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in Human Resources.
7. Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
8. Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
9. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
10. Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.

17. Working between both locations within Stratford, ON
18. This position is a 4 to 12-month internship (starting September 2025)
19. Starting rate $22.80 to $27.75/hr (depends on current education level)
20. Within commuting distance from KW and/or London area (working on-site is a must for this role)

This is a great opportunity for a Co-op student or new HR grad to receive a well-rounded HR experience and also to be on the ground floor of launching digital platforms to support not only local facilities but our North American regional partners!

Candidate must be able to pass Canadian Controlled Goods Assessment and criminal background check and be compliant with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

NOTE: Exemptions to the Canadian government to grant temporary residents/international students access to their export controlled goods is required and takes a minimum of 6 months from offer acceptance for processing. This may delay start dates for candidates on temporary work permits.
