Overview
Availability Window: The role lists preferred availability Mon, Tue, Wed and Sat from 12:00 to 20:00. The pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work a minimum of 12 hours if needed. We will schedule contracted hours within the stated availability and provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We are open to flexible working arrangements and encourage applicants to read more.

Responsibilities

* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.

* Be knowledgeable about store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Be yourself, live our values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
* You may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
