We’re looking for an inspiring leader to take the reins of our Market Drayton Residential Property team made up of a thriving group of Conveyancers, Paralegals and Assistants who are ready for someone to guide their next chapter. What does the job involve?
As Head of Market Drayton Property Team, you’ll be at the heart of our Residential Conveyancing team:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Assistants
* Manage a diverse caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more
* Build strong relationships with clients and introducers, acting as the first point of contact for your team’s network
* Ensure smooth team operations - staffing, file allocation, training, and compliance
* Drive team performance and client care while fostering professional growth across the department
What you need?
* 5+ years of qualified experience (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing
* Proven people leadership skills - mentoring, training, and managing teams
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and processes
* A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
