Senior Director, Commercial Operations
The Senior Director, Commercial Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the commercial organization through strategic ownership of systems, processes, and crossfunctional coordination. This role leads the end-to-end commercial management of the change order process and the commercial tools and systems, while partnering with IT to implement and enhance integrated solutions. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the role supports executive and board-level reporting, ensures adoption and continuous improvement of commercial workflows, and develops training and change management programs that enable high-performing teams. By aligning people, tools, data, and processes, this position ensures scalable, compliant, and customer-focused execution of commercial strategy.

What We Look For
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related field preferred.
* Expertise in Salesforce CRM and commercial enablement platforms
* Demonstrable experience creating and assimilating clinical project budgets.
* 10+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.; 10+ years experience leading a global team strongly preferred. Background in proposal development, pricing operations, or commercial contracting preferred. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology space strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in change management, system rollouts, and global training initiatives.
* Experience designing sales processes, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for interfacing and serving as a consultative partner with internal and external customers.
* Ability to maintain and improve people-oriented, collaborative team culture with a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach.
