What You Will Be Doing:

* Representing Torus in court and tribunal hearings as required.
* Supporting the Legal Services team in ensuring compliance with legislation, identifying risks, and implementing controls.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing law, regulations, guidance, and company policies.
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide clear, timely advice and deliver a seamless service to customers.
* Contributing to value for money, efficiency, and continuous improvement in processes.
* Adhering to Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, and company policies in all work.

What We Are Looking For:

* Degree-level education or equivalent relevant training/experience.
* Demonstrable experience working with housing disrepair cases.
* Experience in collaborative working and delivering business support to client teams.
* High levels of IT literacy and ability to work effectively with digital tools.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with colleagues, tenants, and external stakeholders.
* Personal accountability, resilience, and a proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Interview Process:

* Candidates will be invited to in-person interviews, which will include a competency-based interview and a presentation. Full details of the presentation brief will be provided once you are invited to interview. Interviews are scheduled to take place on Tuesday 2 nd December 2025 at our office.

Additional Information:

Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:
