Day-to-day duties:
As an Export Customer Service Executive, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
1. Processing customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently
2. Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries
3. Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
4. Supporting Account Managers and managing correspondence
5. Managing order entry, stock queries, deliveries and invoicing
