Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is suitable for someone with solid product marketing experience who is ready to take on a more active role in coordinating a small team and shaping how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaigns align with wider business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To promote work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10) schedule, offering compressed hours and every other Friday off.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating daily tasks within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
* Planning and executing product launch campaigns with internal teams.
* Developing clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
* Creating and maintaining marketing assets like brochures, animations, sample boards, and guides.
* Supporting market research activities for product development and go-to-market decisions.
* Ensuring consistent product messaging across all platforms with the Marketing Communications team.
* Managing timelines and tasks for marketing projects to keep campaigns on track.
* Updating product content across digital channels and platforms.
* Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
* Supporting product events and exhibitions with consistent messaging and branding.
* Contributing to internal communications about product launches and updates.
* Improving marketing processes and delivery methods.
* Providing daily support to the team, offering feedback and development support.
* Leading team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to align work and foster continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in product marketing and successful campaign delivery, preferably in technical or B2B environments. Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
Experience managing or supervising others is important—whether formally or informally. You may have led a small team or supported colleagues in previous roles, and you should be confident providing guidance, giving feedback, and supporting growth.
