Job Description
My government-based client is seeking a site officer to join their newly built offices on the border of Salford/Manchester. This is a full-time, temporary role based at the office, working from 9am to 5pm, at £13.51 per hour, for 2 months with a possible extension.
Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site support, including booking rooms and coordinating hospitality.
2. Address ad-hoc building needs as required.
3. Manage the site induction process.
4. Lead office communications, including managing contact lists.
5. Manage and action tasks in a shared inbox proactively.
6. Arrange meetings and escort visitors.
7. Facilitate office events and training in collaboration with colleagues.
8. Work with the Business Management Central team to deliver standardized, efficient services.
9. Support staff forums, including minute taking.
10. Order stationery supplies for the office.
11. Travel to other sites as needed and provide cover.
