We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead our HR function across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience and support our mission-driven work, ensuring our values are at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll do: Lead and develop the HR team across Ireland, working closely with colleagues across the UK to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support local Mission priorities and ensure best practice in people management. As a member of the Operational Boards, you will influence key business decisions and strategies. Driving the development and delivery of HR strategy, adapting territory-wide policies to local needs. Provide expert employee relations support, working effectively with trade unions and ensuring compliance with employment law. Use data to inform decision-making and develop HR systems and processes. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance in line with The Salvation Army’s values. What you’ll bring: Excellent communication skills and passion to drive positive change and consistency across the jurisdictions, using use data to drive improvements. Strong expertise in HR matters and employment law, with the ability to advise managers through to board members on complex HR issues. Proven experience in managing and developing teams. The ability to work and travel across both jurisdictions, we expect a minimum of 40% of working time in ROI & 20% in NI. We will consider applicants based in ROI or NI for this role.
