Duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Take full ownership of building and expanding a specialist recruitment desk.
Proactively generate leads, secure new business, and establish strong client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of client prospects.
Work towards and exceed set sales targets and KPIs
Identify and market top candidates to create new opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
Match high-quality candidates with client requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Attend face-to-face meetings to strengthen partnerships and close deals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying growth opportunities to expand the division.
Further Information and Requirements: Monday to Friday.
Flexible working available.
Choice of flexible hours.
£26,000 - £30,000 Per Annum salary (DOE)
OTE - £30,000 - £35,000
Previous experience in either a recruitment position or a sales environment.
Own transport is advantageous.
Uncapped commission structure.
