You would join their growing Technical Services Team, supporting different customers infrastructure estates from various industry sectors, helping shape the right solution and approach to make it happen. This is a predominantly remote role visiting the office in Leicestershire one or two days a month. The role is varied and would see you involved in a range of support activity and projects including: Help with onboarding customers enterprise infrastructure (Could be Oracle, Windows, Linux), Platform migrations, IT SEcomplex troubleshooting and root cause analysis. To be considered you will need: Strong systems administration experience of Windows, Linux / Unix Operating systems RDBMS Database technologies – SQL Server, Oracle, etc Infrastructure installations, data migrations Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies Customer engagement experience A desire to learn new technologies!
