What you'll be doing: Responding to support requests via phone, email, and our helpdesk ticketing system Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues Managing user accounts, password resets, and Microsoft 365 support Setting up laptops, desktops, and devices for staff Escalating complex issues to senior engineers with clear documentation Contributing to our internal knowledge base What you'll bring: At least 2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 A basic understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs CompTIA A certification, or currently working towards it, would be highly regarded A genuine passion for customer service and solving problems Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users A proactive attitude, with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion Flexibility to work every second Saturday, with a day off in lieu provided Why join Stanbroke?
