We’re working on an international legal-administrative project and are looking for someone fluent in Austrian German (ideally with a Viennese dialect) to provide vital support to our legal team. This is a fully remote contract role, ideally suited to someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident communicating across borders.
The Role:
• Duration: Approx. 1.5 months (with potential to extend)
• Hours: 3pm–Midnight -with a 1-hour break
You’ll be responsible for:
• Supporting legal teams with document handling, formatting, and processing registrations into claims
• Coordinating with German-speaking stakeholders
• Using legal tech platforms to streamline workflows
• Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all work
What you’ll need:
• Native or near-native fluency in Austrian German, ideally with a Viennese dialect
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prior experience in legal or administrative environments
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with remote tools
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
