We are looking for dedicated female Support Workers to join our Westhill service supporting three ladies living independently in their own homes. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the ladies and the service hours. Driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Spend your shift with the person you support, providing person-centred care and support.
* Support independence and daily living activities, following personalised care plans and with input from family members when appropriate.
* Participate in a range of activities with the people we support, including community outings and in-home tasks.
* Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment and adhere to training, PPE and service standards.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, consistent care and respond to changing needs.
* Flexibility to cover early, late, double and sleepover shifts as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in care or a strong commitment to delivering person-centred support.
* Full UK driving license is preferred.
* Wlexibility to meet the needs of the service and the people we support.
* This role requires a female colleague in line with the Equality Act 2010 as a genuine occupational requirement for this service.
