Are you an experienced project manager with a track record in post-merger integration? Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fast-growing, investor-backed technology business to recruit an M&A Integrations Project Manager on a 9-month fixed-term contract.The RoleThis is a high-impact, hands-on position sitting at the heart of the business's growth agenda. You'll own and drive the full integration lifecycle across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions - from Day 1 mobilisation through stabilisation, Target Operating Model design, synergy realisation and formal integration closure.Reporting to the Program Director, you'll act as the primary coordination point between the parent business and acquired organisations, leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensuring every integration is delivered with clarity, pace and care.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end integration delivery across multiple concurrent projectsDevelop and maintain clear integration roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives and synergy targetsLead Target Operating Model (TOM) design and organisational change activityManage RAID logs, escalate risks and blockers, and drive mitigating actionsTrack and report on synergy delivery, milestones and integration progress at senior stakeholder levelContribute to the continuous improvement of the M&A integration methodology and toolkitWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in M&A or post-merger integration (PMI) delivery - this is essentialStrong programme/project management background in complex, cross-functional environmentsExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levelsEffective change management capability, including communications planningAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreamsFormal PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM) desirable but not essentialBackground in professional services environments advantageousThe Details:9-month Fixed Term ContractSheffield - hybrid workingImmediate/near-term start preferredIf you're available for a fixed-term contract and have the M&A integration expertise to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
