Role: Recruitment & Compliance Administrator – Join Our Growing Team at Caremark Ltd

Location: Cannock

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

We’re seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to support our dynamic team. Full training is provided, with exciting opportunities for career growth and specialist training courses available!


Key Responsibilities

* Handling all incoming telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Managing the full recruitment and vetting process for Care & Support Workers.
* Processing new client referrals with accuracy and care.
* Preparing essential documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
* Maintaining up-to-date office and digital records for clients and Care & Support Workers.
* Ensuring compliance with all office systems, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Managing the on-call (out-of-hours) service when required.
