Lead Underwriting Transformation – Senior Change & Delivery Role
We are partnering with a leading international insurance group undergoing a major multi-year transformation. With strong top-down sponsorship and ambitious plans to modernize underwriting, finance, and claims operations, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of underwriting at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive underwriting modernisation initiatives, from strategy through low-level design.
* Provide thought leadership, lessons learned, and practical insights from market peers.
* Support change adoption and risk mitigation during transformation execution.
* Collaborate across Change, Technology, and Data teams to ensure integrated delivery.
* Contribute to building and embedding a new Centre of Operational Excellence in Manchester.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in insurance underwriting transformation or digitisation projects.
* Strong understanding of London Market practices and insurance operating models.
* Skilled in guiding low-level design, adoption, and delivery risk mitigation.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation programmes with senior stakeholders.
