Shifts for AssistantAccountant / AccountsAdmin:
* 40hours with flexible start and finish time
Pay:
* From 28-30k depending on experience
Main Dutiesof Assistant Accountant / AccountsAdmin:
* Processing Sales Invoicing, liaisingwith sales and transport department whenrequired
* Producing a Weekly Sales Report on aweekly basis.
* Process purchase invoices, obtainauthorisation & process payment.
* Process import purchase invoices for Spain& Holland, liaising with Sales Department whenrequired.
* Liaise with Customers and Supplierswhen required.
* Process Petty Cash and CreditCard Reconciliation andJournals.
* Completing Weekly Salesreports
* Scanningpurchaseinvoices
* Reconciliationof bankaccounts
* Processpension payments to Nest.
* Payroll (whenrequired)
* Other dutiesfinance and admin duties asrequired
* Answering theoffice phone
* Assistthe finance team with holidaycover
* Assist thefinance team team with other duties as required.
* Complete month - endtask
Candidaterequirements:
* Excellentcommunication skills
* Team player
* Strong understandingof accountancy and accountingprinciples
* Minimum 1year experience with accounting/finance
* Within 20 minutecommute
* Knowledge of SagePayroll
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages (excel,word etc.. )
* Minimum AAT Level 2 qualificationor equivalent
* Ability to workwithin a team and officeenvironment
