Main Purpose of Job
The successful candidate will be part of the Marketing and Communications team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Partnerships, the Communications Manager, and the Content Creator. The role involves creating visual content for print, digital, and social media, adhering to Brentford FC and Trust branding guidelines, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Responsibilities
Graphic Designing:
* Produce assets for online and offline materials, including banners, leaflets, adverts, GIFs, and HTML5 assets.
* Create graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, and event branding.
Campaign Development
Participate in planning and developing campaigns to meet targets and fundraising goals.
Brand Consistency and Development
Ensure all materials conform to brand guidelines and support brand development.
Departmental Interaction
Act as the point of contact between departments and the Marketing team to meet their design needs.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects using Monday CRM, ensuring timely delivery.
Events Support
Support Trust events and initiatives, including weekend work if necessary.
Quality Assurance
Conduct quality checks on all outputs to meet standards.

* Internal: Marketing and Communications Department
* External: Vendors, partners, sponsors
Essential Criteria
* Minimum education: A-Level or equivalent, with a grade B in English GCSE or equivalent, in a relevant subject.
* Qualifications in Graphic Design or Adobe Suite proficiency.
* Excellent communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of social media and digital engagement strategies.
* Understanding of sports themes, especially football and sports development.
Desirable
* Degree in a relevant subject.
* Proficiency in motion graphics, UX/UI, photography, videography, and typography.
