Your new role
This is a newly created Customer Sales Coordinator job, where you will need to be highly organised and analytical in your approach as you support a successful sales team. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, generating and qualifying leads and managing all aspects of administration to support the sales and after-sales processes. Duties and responsibilities will be varied and include:
* Supporting all aspects of the sales process from appointment to closure of the order/fulfilment
* Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Analyse internal and external data
* Market research and competitor analysis
* Generate reports to support sales strategies
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of sales operations, sales support, telesales or data-focussed experience
* Proven experience of data analysis
* Strong analytical and research skills
* The ability to multitask and manage your own workloads
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A problem-solving mindset
