Responsibilities
* Support pupils with a wide variation of needs including Autism (ASD), PMLD, Speech and Language (SLD/SP&L), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
* Work alongside experienced professionals including Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, CAMHS Link workers and SENCOs to provide holistic support.
* Contribute to assessment, planning and provision for pupils with SEN across early years and primary stages.
Qualifications / Person Specification
* Holds a psychology-related degree and is actively pursuing a career as an Educational Psychologist.
* Childcare experience with a focus on SEN is preferred.
* Resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic and adaptable. Driven to exceed role expectations.
* Experience of supporting children (4-18) with SEN (Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L).
* Aspiring Ed Psych, Clin Psych, Therapist or Well-Being Practitioner with future career ambitions in related fields.
