Job Description
Customer Service Agent - Complaints, Theale:
3. Handle escalated complaints from customers with professionalism and empathy.
4. Investigate complex customer issues and provide timely, fair resolutions.
5. Liaise with dealerships, technical teams, and other departments to resolve complaints effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
7. Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and values.
8. Monitor complaint trends to identify areas for service improvement.
9. Deliver feedback and recommendations to internal teams based on customer insights.
10. Work to service-level agreements while upholding high standards of customer care.
