We are seeking a Corporate Fundraising Executive to join our Cash for Kids team in Glasgow who is an ambitious, relationship driven self starter with excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience in fundraising, sales or business development.
You will build and manage corporate partnerships across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway, as well as deliver creative fundraising campaigns throughout the year. It is essential that you can generate new income opportunities, develop strong relationships, and represent the charity confidently across the region.
You will feel comfortable engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally through meetings, presentations and networking and act as an important brand ambassador for Cash for Kids in the local area.
Whilst primarily working across the West of Scotland, you may also be required to support wider Scottish projects where necessary.
Our Team
Cash for Kids is the in-house charity of Bauer Media in the UK.
Working closely with our colleagues across radio and publishing, we fundraise throughout the year so we can award grants to children and families who need us most. With teams in 22 locations across the UK and a small central support hub in the North East, we are a passionate, fun and close knit team committed to helping disadvantaged young people now more than ever.

Your role:
As our Corporate Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with businesses across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Dumfries, developing long term partnerships and delivering high quality stewardship to ensure supporters feel valued and connected to the impact of their support.
You will:
1. Develop and manage a growing portfolio of corporate partners
2. Research and secure new business opportunities with companies aligned to our mission
3. Create compelling partnership proposals, pitches and presentations
4. Deliver excellent account management and supporter stewardship
5. Plan and deliver corporate fundraising campaigns, events and staff engagement activities
6. Represent Cash for Kids at meetings, networking events and presentations
7. Work collaboratively with our wider teams to develop creative fundraising products
8. Maintain accurate records using the RENXT fundraising database
9. Track income, forecast performance and report on KPIs
10. Play a key role in delivering Mission Christmas, including our flagship Christmas Lunches — a campaign that will challenge your organisational, logistical and relationship building skills
In this role you will be responsible for your own set of KPIs and delivery on financial targets.

15. A strong written and verbal communicator, able to create compelling proposals and presentations
16. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
17. Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
18. A collaborative team player who is passionate about improving the lives of disadvantaged children
19. Holds a full, clean UK driving licence, with charity/CSR experience and knowledge of fundraising regulations seen as desirable
Working Pattern/Location:
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home, our office in Glasgow and in the field with our partners.
