The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Private Client Partner to join and expand the team at this market-leading Legal 500 firm. You will play a key role in building both your own and the firm\'s client base, driving growth and success within the Private Client department.
As the first hire in the Private Client team, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the department and caseload to suit your vision. Becoming a key part of this dynamic team, you will:
* Lead and expand the private client team. You will have the opportunity to assist with recruitment to drive growth across the department.
* Drive the department\'s business development. The firm has a collaborative culture, so you will have a lot of cross-referral work as they are currently outsourcing their Private Client work.
Requirements:
* 10+ PQE years\' experience in Private Client law.
* You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop business across the department, with a focus on building long-term relationships and contributing to the firm\'s growth.
* Extensive expertise across a broad range of Private Client matters.
* Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
