We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN) to join the South Bristol Inpatient Rehab & Community Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
💷Band 5 Registered Nurse Pay Rates
* Weekday Rate: £22.00 per hour
* Nights / Saturdays: £27.00 per hour
* Sundays: £32.00 per hour
🔹Band 5 Registered Nurse Role Overview
As a Band 5 RN, you will play a vital role in delivering professional nursing care to patients within the rehab and community setting. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred, safe, and effective care.
🔹Band 5 Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide high-quality nursing care in a rehab/community environment
✔ Administer medications safely and effectively
✔ Support patients with rehabilitation plans
✔ Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions
✔ Work collaboratively with the MDT
✔ Maintain high standards of compassion, dignity, and professionalism
🔹Band 5 Registered Nurse Requirements
⭐ NMC registered Nurse (Band 5)
⭐ Previous rehab or community experience preferred
⭐ Strong communication & clinical skills
⭐ Ability to work independently and within a team
⭐ Right to work in the UK
