What You’ll Do:
* Supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
* Manage student behaviour in line with school policies
* Report back to teaching staff on student engagement and any issues
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (in education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
* Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
* Adaptable, reliable, and professional
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
