Due to company growth, we are seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team based in Leeds. This role is based from our head office providing crucial support to the wider business.
Location: Leeds
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08.30am-17:00pm)
Salary: Up to £25,000

Responsibilities:
* Goods receive (GRN) purchase Orders (PO’s) raised by various depots across the country.
* Add lines / amend lines using information provided by the depots.
* Liaise with depots to chase outstanding PO’s not GRN using a PowerBi report and resolve queries.
* Work closely with the Purchase ledger department to ensure PO’s are GRN’d to allow the invoices from Suppliers to be processed.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience in invoicing and raising Purchase Orders
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
