Your new role
As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the operational strategy and ensure the delivery of efficient,pliant processes across the lending lifecycle. You will lead a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing and implementing operational frameworks for lending and bridging finance.
2. Leading and developing two direct reports.
3. Overseeing end-to-end operational processes, ensuringpliance and client satisfaction.
4. Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
