Shaping the design of some of the most secure and critical facilities in the UK and US Role Overview This role focuses on design and design assurance for highly secure facilities across the UK and US. The work spans the built environment, ICT networks, and integrated physical and electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with stringent security standards from concept through detailed design. The role supports both defence and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) projects. Scope of Work Secure Facilities & Building Design Design and design assurance for secure buildings in accordance with RIBA design stages Development and assurance of the systems and processes used to deliver secure building designs Integration of security requirements into building layouts, services, and infrastructure ICT, Communications & Security Systems Design and assurance of ICT networks and systems supporting secure facilities Secure and non-secure communications systems, including networks supporting Secret and Above Integration of electronic and physical security systems into the overall building and network design Defence Projects – Key Requirements Security Clearance & Standards Experience working in classified environments UK security clearance: SC, Enhanced SC, or DV Familiarity with: o UK security standards (e.g. JSP 440, TS 2024) o US security standards (e.g. ICD 705) o Security design to PL3 and above Secure Systems ...
