📅Working Pattern: 2 days (9:00am–5:30pm) & 3 days (11:30am–8:00pm)
💰 £28,000 – £29,000 per annum + shift allowance
Looking to take the next step in credit control within a global business? We’re hiring a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage a high-volume ledger and drive cash collection performance while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

What you'll do
1. Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
2. Proactively chasing debt using all channels, with a focus on telephone engagement
3. Resolving queries and disputes by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders
4. Delivering against cash collection, debt and DSO targets
5. Producing customer statements and maintaining accurate account records
6. Escalating accounts where necessary and supporting legal recovery processes
7. Collaborating with Billing, Placement Support and Sales Ledger teams
What we're looking for
8. Strong collections experience (ideally in a B2B environment)
9. Experience managing a high-volume ledger
10. Knowledge of O2C processes and credit risk principles
11. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
12. Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
13. Analytical mindset with the ability to make confident decisions
