Your new role
As the Training andpliance Lead, you will take charge of designing, coordinating, and delivering targeted training programmes that ensure all team members are fully equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. You will work closely with operational leaders to identify training needs, review and update procedures, and develop contingency plans for emergency and business continuity scenarios.Your role will also involve managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintainingpliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, and supporting continuous learning initiatives. You will play a vital part in embedding a culture of service excellence, ensuring staffpetency, and contributing to strategic change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C or above)
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in delivering training, instructional design, or learning and development, ideally within a regulated sector
3. Demonstrable skills in creating and updating training materials andpliance procedures
4. Excellent presentation, facilitation, andmunication skills with strong organisational abilities
5. Solid understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to simplifyplex processes into practical training content
6. Experience in managing training records, certification processes, andpetency frameworks is highly desirable.
7. Qualifications such as Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Level 4 Certificates in Training, or CIPD Learning and Development credentials are a plus.
