This is a PART TIME vacancy, with most shifts on Saturday, and a wage starting at £12.21 per hour! Throughout Christmas hours will increase to suit the business needs so ample opportunity to earn that Christmas spending money! The contract will be issued as a temporary contract with a review in January.
What We Need:
As a Chef, you will prepare and produce quality food, ensure service standards are always met and maintained in line with our guests’ expectations and follow food safety and sanitation practices. It will be your duty to prepare, cook and present every dish with pride and passion and according to our brand standards.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with recipes and plating guidelines.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, consistently delivering exceptional dishes to customers.
* Adhere to strict health and safety standards in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
* Being part of a team delivering the best possible experience to our guests.
Skills and Experience:
* 1 years' experience in a busy kitchen.
* In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods.
* Creativity and passion for food.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The Piano Works are hiring! We have three fantastic live music venues in Cardiff, London, and Farringdon, which are all part restaurant, part bar, part concert, and full-on party.
We are non-stop, live music venues where nightly 8 skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. Our kitchen is open six days a week, including a delicious Sunday Roast offering and a daily ala carte menu served every day.
