As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll make sure our students always feel at home. No two days are the same — you might be: Showing prospective students and their families around the site Managing parcels and post Logging maintenance requests Ensuring health and safety compliance Organising social events Handling customer complaints with care Supporting students with rent arrears in a proactive way And through it all, you’ll be part of the iQ family — a team that always has your back What makes a great iQer?
