Our site-based customer service teams are bursting with independent thinkers and problem solvers who just love to make people's day. Sound like your cup of tea? Here's a bit about the role. .. Pre Opening: Sales and Marketing: PRomote our new developtment and the City of Manchester as a whole to prospecrive students and their families. Utilise social media platrofrms to create a buzz and attract intrerest. Leasing Journey: Support new students through the iQ booking journey from start to finish. Community Egangement: Engage with the potential residents through tours, open days and University/School events. Snagging and Quality Control: Assist in the snagging process to ensure the new build meets our high standards. Report and issues and follow up resolutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with prospective residents, providing them with information and support throughtout the pre-opening phase. Operational Admin: Follow operational procedures, including the student management system- StarRez. Post Opening: Our Customer Service Advisors make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home. Whilst no two days are ever the same at iQ, this role includes showing prospective students and their families around the site, parcel / post management, logging maintenance requests and making sure our sites are fully health and safety compliant. You will be involved in organising social events and you will need to handle any customer complaints sensitively and ensure any rent arrears are dealt with quickly and proactively.
