As a Franchise Development Manager (FDM), you’ll coach and motivate franchise owners and their sales teams to reach ambitious growth goals turning strategy into real, measurable performance across the UK. Role Overview In this high impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind franchise success. You’ll work directly with sales teams in the field, analyse performance data, build growth plans, and challenge franchise owners to achieve consistent, sustainable results. Key Responsibilities Deliver weekly coaching sessions to elevate salesperson performance and accountability. Analyse KPIs and CRM data to identify opportunities and drive targeted action. Build regional sales strategies, quotas, and motivational initiatives. Support franchisees with hiring, onboarding, and developing high‑performing salespeople. Lead training sessions, webinars, and regional meetings to strengthen capability. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic improvements. Forecast new business and ensure strong retention and margin performance. Partner with the Director of Franchising to execute key growth initiatives.
