Monarch Education is working closely with a supportive and forward-thinking school in Northampton to recruit a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant for a temp-to-perm role starting in September. In this role, you will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, help them regulate emotions, promote positive behaviour and engage with learning within a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
