Our client, a leading and well-respected construction company, is seeking a *** Plant Support Administrator *** to join their team.
As a Plant Support Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for:
* Filing and archiving purchase orders and site tickets
* Checking invoices against the system, signing off for payment, and addressing any queries
* Assisting in the production and distribution of plant reports and plant returns
* Keeping the plant system up-to-date
* Corresponding with suppliers and site managers via phone and email
* Organising machine/equipment testing and ensuring the distribution of certificates
* Overseeing various administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing, and other clerical work

The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in an office based administrative role,
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel & Word),
* Excellent telephone manner,
* A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude,
* A knack for staying organized and thorough in a fast-paced setting,
* Strong initiative and the ability to multitask effectively.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00, Friday: 08:30 – 16:30 (with 1 hour for lunch), a total of 37.5 hours per week. The salary offered for this opportunity is up to c. £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
