Science Teacher / Crewe / Easter Start / Fixed-Term Contract
Are you a qualified Science Teacher seeking a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive secondary school?
Academics are recruiting for a dedicated Science Teacher in the Crewe area to join a supportive, Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school on a full-time, fixed-term basis from Easter (13th April) through to the end of the summer term. Ideal for a passionate educator with a specialism in Physics, who can confidently deliver all three sciences across KS3 and KS4.
The school is conveniently located and easily accessible from Sandbach, Nantwich and surrounding areas.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
* Support students in achieving strong academic progress
* Contribute positively to the wider Science department
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science or a related subject
* Has recent experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
* Have a specialism in Physics
* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
* Is passionate about inspiring a love of Science
* Has a positive, reliable, and enthusiastic teaching approach
