We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Claims Manager to join a rapidly growing business based in Manchester. This role will support complex infrastructure and engineering projects, working closely with project, commercial, and legal teams to manage contracts, claims, and commercial risk.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support project teams with the review, interpretation, and application of customer and supplier contracts.
2. Review and screen contract-related documentation, advising management and project teams on critical contractual issues.
3. Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) to establish appropriate claims management strategies for each project.
