This small yet well-established practice is renowned for its technical excellence, precise project delivery, and high-quality construction documentation. The practice is steadily growing its presence in the data centre sector, with further projects due tomence in 2026, for which they’re looking to build their team.
Your new role
The studio is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist who can bring strong technical expertise and sector-specific knowledge to the team. This is a fantastic chance to join a practice that values precision, innovation, and long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
Deliver detailed technical drawings and construction documentation to the highest standards.
Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to ensure seamless project implementation.
Apply your knowledge of data centre design and technical facilities toplex projects.
Overseepliance with building regulations and technical specifications.
Contribute to a supportive team environment where quality and accuracy are paramount.
About you
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally within the data centre or technical facilities sector.Strong proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software.Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and technical detailing.A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
