You will be promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The ideal candidate will be encouraging, nurturing and proactive, implementing strategies that support pupils to make progress within their behaviour and social skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience working with children who display challenging behaviour.
