Responsibilities
* Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authorities
* Provide appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process
* Provide CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on site
* Provide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usage
Requirements
* Experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within housebuilding
* CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND
* AutoCAD literate and understand the construction process
* Understand technical detailing at all levels of housing design
