The role:
As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will support and coach your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving outstanding results.

* Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* Understands labour management, rotas, and the financial aspects of restaurant operation
